About Yoga
Yoga is not about being able to touch your toes or being super bendy!
It is about being kind to your body. Yoga encourages you to listen to both your body and your mind. In fact, Yoga means the union of mind and body. The postures/asanas in a yoga class invite your body to experience a range of movements. It can bring a sense of calmness and harmony.
Yoga is for everyone whatever your age, gender, flexibility, fitness level and ability. Yoga is non-competitive and non-judgemental.
