Hatha Yoga Classes

My classes are gentle and fun.  Postures are modified to suit an individual’s ability and needs so they are accessible to everyone.

What to expect

All classes start with a short settling period so you can transition from your busy lives to the calm of the yoga class.  Then a gentle warm up followed by a series of postures/asanas which have a different theme each week.  The posture/asanas will allow your body to experience a full range of movements and use all parts of your body. At the end there is a short breathing practice and relaxation or meditation practice so you should leave the class feeling calm and refreshed.

Term Timetable and Pricing 

The classes are via Zoom so you can practice in the comfort of your own home.  The time for the online group class is:


Tuesdays

7.15 pm – 8.30 pm


All classes are £8.00 each when paid for the half term in advance.   


Places are limited so please do book in advance.  You will need to complete a health questionnaire before your first class, any information is treated in strictest confidence and allows me to tailor classes to participants requirements.  However, the provision of health information is entirely optional.  The health questionnaire will be retained securely in paper form only.


I will send you details of how to pay at the time of booking.  Once I have received your payment I will email you a Zoom link for the class.
